Hi, my name is Ryan and I’m a fitness influence.
My destined role is to help influence people by giving them fitness tips and motivation. I have been passionately into fitness for the past 5 years and it has been one of the greatest things that happened to me. With is I was able to quit smoking. I want to do this fitness thing for the rest of my life so that was my motivator to quit.
With that being said, I want to give back to the world what I have learned. While my methods may be unorthodox, these are just what has worked for me in the present and past.
